Four local published authors will join us to talk about their books, the ups and downs of getting published and the inspiration behind their stories and characters.
George Bannon has written Final Crusade, a suspenseful thriller involving the Mafia, the Roman Catholic Church, and a retired homicide detective, Francis Maguire. Maguire soon finds himself involved with very dangerous characters and a terrorist organization that has declared "war" on the Cosa Nostra.
William C. Davis III is the author of the Clive Aliston mystery series, set in a small western Pennsylvania town. His characters are drawn from the gritty mill towns and rural valleys Davis knows so well. County Sheriff, Clive Aliston, becomes enmeshed in the battle of good and evil in these hard-hitting, suspenseful tales.
Leigh Lowden's novel, Not Now, Not Ever, is the first book in The Reluctant Journey series. Faith has never played a major role in Officer Greg Williams' life until he finds himself in a perilous situation and finds that faith may be his only way out.
Kimberly Zylinski's Rules of Vegas is the story of two young adults, Anne and her difficult stepbrother, Andy, and the agreement they make to turn a blind eye to each other's involvements. Which secrets are too dangerous to keep? And when is it time to break their agreement?
