Northland Library, in conjunction with the Better Business Bureau, will again present Secure Your ID Day.
You may bring your paper-based documents and other items to the service driveway at the library, or drive by and volunteers from the BBB will take your items to our special on-site machines from The Paper Exchange, where they will be shredded on the spot. You can even watch it while it happens. There will also be goodie bags for those participating. We hope you take advantage of this way to protect yourself against identity theft.

This is a very nice campaign! Identity theft is a dangerous crime, and it's very ruinous. What a creative way of protest by shredding paper.
