Our favorite cook of all things Indian, Ann Manchella, will demonstrate how to make a popular brunch item called PARATHAS, whole wheat flatbread stuffed with cooked vegetables and/or South Asian cheese. Parathas are usually eaten with a daub of butter on top, accompanied by chutney, pickles or yogurt. As always, there will be a tasty sample for everyone.
